Auxin Producing Area of a Plant

Auxin is a plant hormone that has some characteristics like morphogen. These hormones have cardinal tasks in coordination of a ton of behavioral and growth processes in the life cycle of a plant. They are also essential for the development of the body of the plant. It was first determined to be an indole-3-acetic acid. This hormone is made when a new shoot or root is about to grow in a certain area. This hormone is generally found in meristems of apical buds, new leaves, and the embryos inside of seeds.
