Enzyme

The photo above shows a mouth, which is filled with enzymes. Enzymes serve many purposes in living organisms from digestion to working on DNA. Most enzymes are extremely specific and will only work with certain substrates. In the human mouth there are several enzymes that help digest several substances, like amylase for sugar, and other enzymes found in saliva.
